VISION STATEMENT
We
are a ministry founded on biblical principles. We serve in the spirit of excellence with integrity and compassion for our
community, our nation and our world. We have established a reputation for reaching the lost and broken and to minister and
serve them with the utmost level of respect. We also recognized the importance of being refined by the power of God, therefore
we are dedicated to the training and mentoring of spiritual leaders, who have been purged by God’s power to offer up
pleasant sacrifices to God.
OUR COMMITMENTS
a. To train and develop people to fulfill their God given purpose.
b. To developing our members to reach their generation.
c.
We are committed first to the will of God, then to each other.
d.
To improving our ministry by improving our selves.
Belief Statement
The Bible, the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word
of God without error in the original writings, and complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men, and the divine
and final authority for all Christian faith and life.
God:
There is but one God existing in three Persons,
even the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible in essence; co-eternal co-existent, co-equal in nature,
attributes, power and glory.
Jesus Christ:
Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, who always existent with the Father and Holy Spirit, and who by His incarnation
took upon Himself the form of man and became the God-man; those two natures are distinguishable but indivisible.
The Holy Spirit:
The Holy Spirit is the third Person of the eternal
Godhead, co-equal, and co- existent with the Father and Son; presently His ministry is to convict and convert man and also
to reveal Jesus Christ and the Father to the believer.
Man:
God created man in His own image and likeness as a tripartite being, consisting
of spirit, soul and body. God created man to have fellowship with Him; and to share in His function and dominion to be fruitful
and reproduce himself.
The Church:
The Church
is a body of believers who have separated themselves unto the Lord Jesus Christ; Jesus gave birth to the N.T. Church in Matthew
16:18-19 and the purpose of the Church is to be an instrument, by which God can establish His Kingdom in the earth realm.
Communion:
Sin has always separated man from
God and His will for our lives; but God always prepared a way so that we can be restored to Him; Therefore at the communion
table we celebrate the finished work of the cross of Jesus Christ and we remember that the price has been paid for our sins
1Cor 11: 23-26.
The Return of Jesus Christ:
Two thousand years ago Jesus came to earth to be
the Lamb of God who took away the sins of the world and to restore man back to God; but He is coming a second time to judge
the world, the scripture says in
Acts 1: 9-11 and when he had spoken these things,
while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men
stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This
same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. This
is the undeniable evidence of His return.
Future Events:
The scriptures teach that
man is on probation during his time on earth so he must make a decision where he wants to spend eternity. Those people who
respond to God’s grace and obey will be rewarded when Jesus comes back; but those people who willfully reject God’s
grace and love will be eternally punished in hell with Satan
Doctrinal Statement:
The Refiner’s Fire Ministry holds these truths and many others to be precious
and dear. Our purpose, however, in providing a web page is not for endless doctrinal disputes, but to be a place of love,
healing and information for those in need of it. Christians have always had diversity in their theology and will continue
to do so until the great return of the Master and teacher himself.
What we believe may divide us, but in whom we believe should unite us, so let
us come together to destroy the works of the enemy in our nations and the world.
-
We believe in the Father who is God Himself, Creator of the Universe.
[Gen 1:1; John 1:1]
-
We believe in the plenary-verbal inspiration of the accepted canon
of Scriptures as originally given. The scriptures are infallible, inerrant, and the sole and final authority for all matters
of faith and conduct [2 Timothy 3: 16; 1 Cor 2: 13]
-
We
believe in the creation, test and fall of man as recorded in Genesis; his total spiritual depravity and inability to
attain to Divine righteousness [Romans 5: 12, 18]
-
We believe in the
Lord Jesus Christ, the savior of men, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, very God
and very man [Luke 1: 26-35; John 1: 14-18; Isaiah 7: 14; 9: 6].
-
We believe Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day, and personally appeared unto His disciples [1 Cor 15: 1-5; Romans 4: 25].
-
We
believe in the bodily ascension of Jesus to heaven, His exaltation, and personal,
literal and bodily coming again the second
time for His Church [John 14: 2, 3; and 1 Thessalonians 4: 13-18].
-
We believe in the salvation of sinners by grace, through repentance
and faith in the perfect and sufficient work of the cross of Calvary
by which we obtain remission of sins; [Ephesians 2: 8, 9; Hebrews 9: 12, 22; Romans 5: 11].
-
We believe in the necessity of water baptism by immersion
in the name of the Eternal Godhead in order to fulfill the command of the
Lord Jesus Christ [Matthew 28: 19; Acts 2:34-36; 19: 1-6].
-
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a real experience
at or subsequent to salvation, with the Scriptural evidence, namely, speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance [Acts
2: 1-4; 8: 14—17; 10: 44-46; Galatians 3: 14-15].
-
We
believe in the operation of the Gifts or of the manifestation of the Spirit as enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12: 14 as manifested
in the early Church.
-
We
believe in the Spirit-filled life, a life of separation from the world system and perfecting of holiness in the fear of God
as expressing the true Christian faith [Ephesians 5: 18; 2 Corinthians 6: 14; 7: 1].
-
We believe in the healing
of the body by power, or divine healing in its varied aspects as practiced in
the early Church [Acts 4: 30; Romans 8: 11; 1Corintians 12: 9; James 5: 14] We
also believe in visitations to natural physicians.
-
We believe in the reality
and personality of devil and eternal judgment in the Lake
of fire for the devil and his angelsthe [Matthew 25: 41; Revelation 20: 14, 15].
-
We believe that there is one
true universal Church, made up of genuine believers, but this one universal Church
is also composed of many local Churches in given localities. These Churches are under the sovereign Headship of the Lord Jesus Christ, exercising autonomous government
under Him, administering all its local affairs and ministry, as well as the propagation of the Gospel [Acts 15: 22; with Matthew 16: 18;
18: 15-20].
-
We believe that Government is ordained of God, and the powers that be are ordained ministers
of God to us for good. To resist the powers and the ordinances is to resist the ordinance of God. We are subject not only for wrath sake but for conscience sake,
rendering to all their dues, custom, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor. We declare out loyalty to our Government and its leaders and will assist in every way possible consistent with our faith in the Scriptures as Christian citizens [Romans
:13]
